The CERTA label aims to make travellers' lives safer by directing them to Belgian tour operators who have undergone continuous training and comply with current Belgian legal rules and obligations.
The criteria for awarding the label are, on the one hand, administrative and legal requirements that apply to all professionals in the sector, and on the other hand, conditions relating to the quality of the profession itself: ongoing training, digitalisation and an offering that is increasingly adapted to social, economic and environmental challenges.
As part of our efforts to make concrete commitments to more sustainable tourism, the label effectively attests to responsible practices in the way we design and organise our trips.

The UPAV is an organisation that defends the interests of travel agencies in Belgium, ensures the quality of their services and offers ongoing training to support the development of the sector.
Our membership guarantees our customers a service in line with best practice and market standards.
