The whole world is facing an unprecedented health crisis, with an outcome and duration that remain uncertain. As you will know, the tourism industry is particularly affected.

For over 2 weeks our teams have worked hard to adapt, modify, reschedule or change your professional and private travels. For over 2 weeks we remain, more than ever, close to you. We listen to you, understand you and try our utmost to find appropriate solutions. It feels as if our work of the last 6, or even 12 months has come undone, and we have to start over.

We are only just at the beginning and can only handle emergencies, ongoing travels and impending departures. For each case we look for the solution of moving trips, which is the best compromise to reassure and put you at ease.

Our reliable and trusted partners understand the situation as well, have generally relaxed the rules, are willing to adapt and postpone travels, given the exceptional circumstances.

Over the past decade we have built a strong company, that broadly respects the solvency and liquidity ratios required in our profession. Our careful and rigorous management enables us to weather this storm calmly and with confidence.

I also take this opportunity to remind you that all travels are insured by an insolvency insurance. This insurance guarantees you every euro we receive until the full execution of your travel.

A great many of you have trusted us for nearly 30 years. Every day we receive many messages of appreciation for the help and support provided by our teams these past few days. Know that we are very touched by these messages of thanks and acknowledgement.
